Paris Baguette Promotion Terms & Conditions

*All promotions and offers online and in store cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise states. *We will always make every effort to honour all promotions for the period in which they are advertised. However, we reserve the right to withdraw any promotion earlier than advertised, and without notice in the event that a product featured in the promotion is subject to unprecedented demand and becomes sold out.

In-store and Online

10% off whole cakes promotion

1. Campaign Period: The 10% off whole cake leafleting campaign (“Campaign”) is valid from July 1st to September 30th, 2024.
2. Eligibility: This Campaign is open to all customers of Paris Baguette who present the leaflet at participating Paris Baguette stores during the campaign period or enter the code at checkout on the website.
3. Discount Details: Customers are entitled to a 10% discount on whole cakes purchased during the Campaign Period. The discount applies only to the base price of the whole cake and excludes any additional charges for customization, delivery, or other services.
4. Leaflet Presentation: To redeem the discount in-store, customers must present a physical leaflet. For online orders, customers should enter the discount code at checkout.
5. Participating Stores: The Campaign is valid at Paris Baguette stores located at Battersea Power Station and High Street Kensington.
6. Limitations: The discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless otherwise stated. It is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is subject to availability.
7. Expiry: The discount is valid only during the Campaign Period and expires immediately after September 30th, 2024.
8. Changes to Terms: Paris Baguette reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
9. Personal Information: By participating in the Campaign, customers consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Campaign.

Paris Baguette Barbie Exhibition Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Paris Baguette, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the giveaway shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

2. How to Enter

• To enter the giveaway, participants must:
  1. Follow @parisbaguetteuk on Instagram.
  2. Like the giveaway post.
  3. Tag a friend in the comments section of the giveaway post.
• Multiple entries are allowed; each tag counts as one entry.

3. Prize

• The prize includes:
  • Two (2) tickets to the Barbie Exhibition in London.
  • Afternoon tea for two (2) at Paris Baguette.
  • A surprise treat from the Barbie store.
• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
• The prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

4. Competition Period

• The competition opens on [Wednesday 10th July] and closes on 31st July at 11:59 PM (BST).
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
• The winner will be announced via an Instagram story and contacted through direct message on Instagram within seven (7) days after the closing date.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6. Publicity

• By entering this competition, the participant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to the competition.

7. Data Protection

• Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Paris Baguette will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry information whether caused by an entrant, equipment, or technical malfunction.

9. General

• Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Paris Baguette.
• Paris Baguette’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
